Petition to Reduce Car Parking Charges in West Kirby

There is a current ePetition live on the Wirral Council website requesting that the council urgently reduce parking charges in West Kirby and other Wirral town centre car parks. 

Current charges are pushing shoppers to free and out of town centres. If this trend is not reversed immediately it will lead to the irreversible decline of these towns, affecting local jobs, businesses and house prices.
