Let's Get West Kirby in the News for the Right Reasons this Xmas

Back in April someone was writing into the Wirral Globe complaining about the lack of Xmas Lights in West Kirby. 

It is already autumn and we're still not sure if West Kirby will have Xmas Lights this year.
